Points never expire as long as your account is active. An account is considered active if you log in or make a booking at least once every 12 months.
Yes! Discover Points can be stacked with most promotional discount codes. Both discounts are applied at checkout before the final charge.
If you cancel within our standard cancellation window (more than 24 hours before the tour), the points earned from that booking are reversed. Any points you redeemed at checkout are returned to your balance.
Your tier is based on your cumulative lifetime points balance. Once you cross a threshold (1,000 pts for Adventurer, 3,000 pts for Globetrotter) your tier upgrades automatically and immediately.
When you share your referral link and someone signs up and books, you earn points automatically. The network goes 4 levels deep — meaning you earn from your referrals, their referrals, and so on. Points are credited within 7 days of each confirmed booking.
No. You only earn points when real tour bookings happen. There is no fee to join, no requirement to recruit anyone, and no income from recruiting alone. Every point comes from an actual purchase — making this a legitimate referral network.
Points are non-transferable and tied to the account that earned them. However, you can earn referral bonus points by inviting friends to join.
