Never. Your Discover Points never expire as long as your account is active. We believe loyalty should be rewarded without time pressure.
Can I use points on any tour? ▾
Yes! Points can be applied to any tour in our catalog. Just choose "Pay with Points" at checkout. No blackout dates or restrictions.
How do I reach the next tier? ▾
Tiers are based on total lifetime points earned (not spent). Once you reach a tier, you keep it forever — we never downgrade you.
Can I combine points with a promo code? ▾
Yes! Discover Points can be combined with most promotional codes. Some special flash-sale codes may exclude points — this will be noted clearly at checkout.
Can I transfer or gift points? ▾
Pioneer and Legend members can gift points to friends and family. Explorer and Adventurer members cannot transfer points at this time.
What is 100 points worth in dollars? ▾
100 Discover Points = $1 USD in tour value. So 5,000 points = $50 you can spend on any tour in our catalog.
Do points apply to taxes and fees? ▾
Points are earned on the pre-tax tour price. They can be redeemed against the full amount including fees unless otherwise stated.
What if I cancel a tour paid with points? ▾
If you cancel within the free cancellation window, your points are fully refunded. For partial refunds, proportional points are returned to your account.
